I'm not saying go back to someone who has hurt you... but I am saying go back to the hurt... and visit the person you were before it... so you can introduce the person you were to the person you are now... you're the only one who has the power to console your wounded heart...I'm sending you love on this journey and hoping you understand... that no matter how deep the wound you can always go deeper... and within your own depths grudges and worries slip away as you remember who you were... and the person you're going to become...
