Your heart can be broken in so many ways, not just relationships...

look at things with the heart that you had before a trauma put a vice on it.

Giggling at things makes you understand that the space you hold for things that have hurt you are far smaller than they seem.

Making yourself laugh is great, having others make you laugh is awesome...but remember there is a line between petty and humor... don't laugh at someone's expense...

Each emotion we feel is important for us to connect to, but not live within... detaching yourself after the review is the goal, not before. Dismissing your feelings is dismissing yourself as a whole if you're not careful...lots of times our intuition lies within these emotions we hold on to and don't review...or the feelings we disregard without review.
