Seven Generations Principle Workshop

At some point, many of us begin to realize that what we’re carrying may not have started with us.

Others are passed down unconsciously.

In this workshop, we’ll explore the Seven Generations Principle and take a deeper look at how family stories, beliefs, survival strategies, strengths, gifts, and wounds can move through generations.

We’ll talk about why patterns repeat, why healing can sometimes create tension within families, and what it really means to become the person who changes the trajectory of a family line.

This isn’t about blaming your parents.

This isn’t about blaming your ancestors.

And it isn’t about pretending the past didn’t happen.

It’s about understanding the patterns well enough to decide what continues and what ends with you.
