EU Right of Withdrawal Policy

3. Returning Physical Products
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after submitting your withdrawal request.
Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned items should:
- Be returned in their original condition whenever reasonably possible.
- Include all original components, accessories, manuals, and packaging when available.
- Be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
4. Refunds
Once we receive the returned goods, or satisfactory proof that they have been returned, we will process your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds include the original standard shipping charges required under applicable law. Additional charges for expedited or premium shipping services may not be refundable.
We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been shipped back, whichever occurs first.
5. Digital Products and Immediate Access

When purchasing a digital product that is made available immediately after purchase, customers are asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery before access is granted.
