Little Lights Meditation Circle

Get the kids out of the house and into commUNITY on Saturday mornings at 10 AM!

The babies are our future, and it’s on us to make sure they have the tools to move through life with peace, confidence, and a strong spirit.

When my oldest was little, I taught her how to meditate. She used to come to the shoppe with me and help lead meditation circles for other kids. Eventually, she grew out of wanting to do them publicly—but now my youngest is ready to step up and help his Mama!

We made this flyer together, and when I asked him what he wanted to call his meditation group, he said: “Little Lights.” ✨

So starting March 1st, every Saturday at 10 AM at Demure Lyfe, we’re holding a Children’s Meditation Circle—a space for the little ones to connect, breathe, and learn how to center themselves early.

Bring your babies, nieces, nephews, and little cousins. Let’s build community and teach our children how to protect their peace.

Children under 5 are free!
