Hoyt’s Cologne

An old-school favorite in Hoodoo and conjure, Hoyt’s Cologne has long been associated with good luck, money drawing, gambling, attraction, success, and favorable outcomes.

Originally created as a commercial cologne in the 1800s, Hoyt’s was adopted into African American folk spiritual practices and became especially popular in luck and gambling work. It may be worn on the body, applied to the hands before handling money or taking a chance, or incorporated into appropriate spiritual work for drawing opportunity and favor.
