• Spiritual hygiene practices to protect and prepare yourself
• How to build and tend an ancestor altar (and why each element matters)
• Practical ways to reach out: prayer, journaling, song, and meditation
• How to recognize when your ancestors respond — through dreams, synchronicities, and sensations
