• Sharing how magic, intention, and tradition work together in this practice.

 

Materials and Symbolism

• Explanation of each item used in the Nation Sack: lodestones, herbs, roots, and symbolic items.

• How to choose the right personal items to infuse your sack with meaning.

• Introduction to the oils and powders provided and their roles in the sack’s energy.

 

Crafting Your Nation Sack

• 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Hands-on creation of the Nation Sack, step-by-step:

• Cleansing materials.

• Writing your petition and setting intentions.

• Assembling the sack with guided focus.

• Sharing tips on tying the sack for secure and lasting energy.

 

Lunch Break

• A short break to relax , reflect and refresh 

 

Activating Your Nation Sack

• 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM

• Guided activation process, using prayer, meditation, or chanting (tailored to personal preference).

• How to breathe life into your sack and align it with your intention.

 

Caring for Your Nation Sack

• 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM

• How to “feed” your Nation Sack regularly to keep its power strong.

• Discussion on where to keep it, how to handle it, and maintaining its energy.

• Answering questions about long-term care 

 

Closing Circle

• 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM

• Group reflection: what you’ve learned and how you’ll use your Nation Sack moving forward.

• Final thoughts and blessings for your new creation.

• Time for individual questions or guidance as needed.

• A personal item or two (examples: hair, a piece of fabric, a photo, or something meaningful from your partner).

• An open mind and your intention.

• All materials for the Nation Sack: herbs, roots, lodestones, oils, powders, and the red flannel bag.
