Tension creates balance... sounds crazy... but it's true... your mind and your body are fighting for dominance... keep going ... this is a test of your foundation... don't be fearful unless you built your house on quicksand instead of cement... even then....there isn't anything you can do other than watch it sink so you can rebuild... so understand the fear isn't something you should allow to bubble up into your consciousness
