The true judge of understanding if you've learn a lesson is sharing your understanding of it with others...
There's no way to fill your own cup if you don't empty it once in awhile by allowing others to drink from it. Sharing your feelings, and views only grows the planet... there are plenty of people sharing rhetoric they don't understand- course correct it by sharing what you've been cultivating in your Spirit.
