Camphor
Camphor comes the wood of the Camphor Laurel tree- it’s colorless and waxy- and has a powerful scent. It’s been used to purify, cleanse energy, banish evil and welcome clarity.
Throughout history Camphor is known as a major player when it comes to Protection workings. It not only brings in Protection, but it’s know for invoking your inner Warrior and removes fears.
Camphor’s scent is clearing, and refreshing- some would say it’s reminiscent of Vicks Vapor Rub…
A matter of fact- Vicks Vapor Rub does have Camphor as a lead ingredient.
You can use Camphor:
- Place some crushed camphor in a bowl of fresh water, a little of Florida Water and Cascarilla (crushed) in a bowl near the head of your bed to ward off bad dreams and night terrors.
- Placing camphor on a charcoal disk to bring in Sacred smoke- this is one of my personal favorite ways to use it.
- Placing it in a bowl of fresh water by your doorway to absorb negative energy before it enters your home.
